Missions :
Reporting to the Corporate division under the supervision of the Business and Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the accounts in collaboration with our accounting firm and payroll service provider.
Your main tasks will be :
- Accounting and administrative management according to legal obligations
- Follow-up of investment files, Research Tax Credit applications, etc.
- Recording of daily accounting operations, preparation of customer invoices, payment of supplier invoices, close monitoring of cash flow
- Relationship with banks
- Maintains relations with financial partners and control bodies
- Setting up management control dashboards
- Participation in the improvement of management tools
- Budgeting and current purchases
